The water slides were a blast and kept the kids entertained for hours! We also loved the central location that allowed us to explore all the attractions in the area. The free Wi-Fi was also a plus and allowed us to stay connected with family back home.

Unfortunately, our room had some issues. The bathroom was small and the ventilation system was not working properly. Additionally, the hot water in the morning was non-existent. We had to take a cold shower and let the water run for almost 15 minutes before it got warm. These issues put a damper on an otherwise fun Thanksgiving vacation.

This hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers and restaurants. The room service is excellent and prompt. The leisure facilities are great and we enjoyed the pool and fitness center. The view from the room was breathtaking.

The decor in the lobby could use some renovation.

Our stay was fantastic! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we enjoyed having a balcony in our room. The hotel's pool was perfect, the temperature of the water just right. We also appreciated the easy access to major roads and attractions like the water park and local restaurants. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even giving us rooms close to each other upon request.

Can't fault the hotel in any way.

The complimentary breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful with local recommendations. The location was close to many attractions and made it easy to explore the area. Also, the gym was well equipped and offered a great workout experience.

The hotel was in desperate need of an upgrade. The rooms were outdated and smelled of mold. The cleaning standards left a lot to be desired as the floors were dirty and the bathroom was not up to par. The pool area was overcrowded and the water was filled with chemicals that caused burns. The hotel needs to focus on fixing these issues as they are unacceptable for paying guests.

We spent our Xmas at a hotel near Lambeau Field which was great. The complimentary hot cocoa and cookies were a nice touch that added a holiday feeling. The location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to all the local attractions. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable.

There were some negative aspects. The breakfast area was messy with food on the floor and counters. The limited breakfast foods left for us to choose from didn't look very appetizing either. We were also disappointed to find that the pool was closed, which wasn't made clear when we booked our room. Finally, the elevators were quite slow and the one nearest our room had a door that didn't open fully.

If we return to Green Bay we would stay here again. We really loved service and food in this hotel, it was suitable for us. Our kudos go to maid for the hospitality!

Wanted to explore Green Bay and this hotel was best base for doing it.
